Announcement of completion and commissioning date

"Tunnel kiln and process technology upgrade project" is located in the existing factory of Nanbu Branch of Tangshan Monopy Ceramic Industry Co., Ltd; The main construction content is to eliminate two old kilns of 106m*3.2m and 86m*2.2m and build a 120m*4.8m natural gas tunnel kiln at the original site. The project will be built on the original site after the demolition of the two old kilns in the original plant, with no new land occupation and no new plant. The project will be implemented in strict accordance with the requirements of the EIA document and the approval:

1.Strengthen the environmental management of construction period of project construction;

2. After the project is completed and put into operation, there will be no new sewage discharge: the flue gas generated by the project will be discharged through a 15m high exhaust pipe, and the emission of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and NOx in the flue gas will meet the requirements of the Emission Standards for Ceramic Industry Pollutants (CB25464-2010) and the revised list, and also meet the requirements of the "Tangshan Ecological Environment Bureau on the Issuance of Independent Lime Kiln and Other Five Industries Industrial Furnace Flue Gas Treatment to Meet the Standards Notice of the Work Program" (Tangshan Huanqi [2019] No. 2) ceramic industry drying and roasting process pollutant emission limit value requirements;

3. The main noise source of this project is the furnace fan and other production facilities, through the selection of low-noise equipment, the adoption of plant noise insulation and other measures to reduce noise, the plant boundary noise shall meet the requirements of the "Industrial Enterprise Plant Boundary Environmental Noise Emission Standards" (GB12348-2008) in the standard limit value of Class 3 area;

4. The waste blanks and moulds generated from the production process of this project are general solid waste. Waste blanks are recycled as raw materials for slurry making process, and waste molds are sold to building material companies. The waste oil from the production process is hazardous waste, which is collected and temporarily stored in the hazardous waste temporary storage room in the plant and regularly handed over to units with hazardous waste treatment qualification for treatment.

5. The project is a tunnel kiln upgrading project, and the total control index of pollutants in the whole plant after the implementation of the project are: particulate matter 18.438t/a, sulfur dioxide 5.839t/a, nitrogen oxides 10.17t/a, chemical oxygen demand 3.1t/a, ammonia nitrogen 0.31t/a.During the construction period, the environmental protection "three simultaneous" system is strictly implemented.
