2018 "Boiling Quality Award" bathroom cabinet quality performance test activities, which is guided by the China Building Ceramics & Sanitary Association, hosted by IBK, co-organized by Tmall Meijia, and tested by the National Center of Supervision and Inspection for Ceramic Sanitary and Plumbing Fixture, and the National Building Materials & Industry Building & Hardware Plumbing Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center, are currently in sample testing process.

Recently, the research team composed of Yang Qiaoyan, deputy general manager of IBK, Zhang Guosheng, an engineer of the National Building Materials & Industry Building & Hardware Plumbing Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center, and Wen Jun, director of the "Boiling Quality Award" project, went to ELLAI's bathroom cabinet production base in Tangshan. Accompanied by Liu Zhihong, vice president of ELLAI's production base, and Chen Yuanhui, factory manager, the research team visited ELLAI bathroom cabinet production workshop and laboratory, and did research on R&D and quality control of ELLAI's bathroom cabinets through interviews.

According to the introduction, ELLAI’s bathroom cabinet factory covers an area of 6,000 square meters, and the production line adopts the world's advanced manufacturing technology, with a monthly production capacity of more than 5,000 sets of bathroom cabinets. At present, ELLAI's bathroom cabinets are mainly made of solid wood, MDF and PVC.

ELLAI's after-sales service department waits for feedback from customers 365 days a year, answers the phone within 4 rings, and provides solutions within 12 hours. For products that can be repaired, we will arrange for staff to customer's home within 48 hours; for products that can be delivered a new one directly and do not need to be re-made or returned to the factory for repair, delivery will be arranged within 48 hours; for products that need to be repaired or re-made will be completed within 15-40 days (including customization of individual parts), depending on the production process of the product. After dealing with the after-sales issues, ELLAI staff will also keep track of the results by phone.
